Donovan Libby founded TLG Global with the intention of developing investment opportunities in emerging economies that build up local entrepreneurial spirit. TLG Global typically deploys only one Development Executive from their home office in each market and it is that DE’s responsibility to identify and promote local talent, foment local relationships, and identify ways for investment to flow from developed economies into emerging economies.
Mr. Libby has over a decade of international operations experience in both the NGO and government ranks. He has spent the majority of his working life in emerging economies and has a unique understanding of, and patience for, the challenges of these locations. He holds an undergraduate degree in Nuclear Engineering Technology from Thomas Edison State College, an MBA from Georgetown University, an Executive MBA from ESADE Business School, and a Graduate Certificate in Global Management from INCAE Business School.
TLG Global GmbH and Partners are currently working on plans to build a, sustainable, globally focused, community, which incorporates the latest available technology in energy conservation and sustainability, in the heart of Montenegro. This project will feature living, retail, grocery, and food options, curated for an international flavor, which will all be built around a TLG Global innovation hub, whose purpose is to support and develop nascent western Balkan entrepreneurial ideas.
